Fresh and Clean

The "Fresh and Clean" challenge consists of two lesson plans, one food journal, one poster, one worksheet, one homework sheet and one "Why This Matters" information sheet.

Let kids stay healthy by keeping their environments clean with the "Fresh and Clean" challenge! Children will know when they should wash their hands, recognize that there are pesticides on fruits and vegetables and that pesticides are bad for us, state two ways to make fruits and vegetables more safe to eat, say why we wash food before we eat it and sing the lyrics to the “Hands are Clean” song.
